Girls just want to have fun!

[Giveaway Winner!] Win Your Gifts: $100 in toys from Around My Family Table

Another great win for me which came from Wendy's blog!--also from a blog hop. I entered this giveaway via rafflecopter. My opinion is rafflecopter canbe a bit time consuming because you may have to "like" over 50+  individual facebook, twitter, GFC pages, and a host of other mandatory activities just to enter the giveaway. While I don't do them often, I may enter a few on occasion. I do remember this- this was a Sunday evening with nothing to do. My daughter doing her own thing around the house and my hubby glued to football so I took out the computer and started entering. I won and could not believe it when I got the email to send her my address. I am going to share my winnings with my family of course. Three gifts will go to three little girls in the family for Christmas. I will keep the rest for Katelyn for her 7th birthday (I hope she is still into dolls then!) They grow in and out of things fast sometimes so you never know. Hasbro sponsored the giveaway- THANKS HASBRO and I had delivery of the toys within 5 days. The giveaway hit a little snag with one of the mentioned giveaway items was not in stock so my options were a substitution or wait until item was in. I took the substitution.

So without further to do...Look at the goodies

Suprise Win!

http://maryanndennis.blogspot.com was part of a blog hop in November. A blog hop is  a group of blogs interconnected showcasing giveaways on each person's blog that all end on a certain day. So you visit each blog to see what they have to giveaway. She was giving away a hide-away box with  A Christmas Mary Engelbreit Journal, A set of 10 note cards just waiting to be embellished, and a lovely, new Paper-mate pen ( a cute gift).  Although I did not win, she did have a surprise for the 100th follower of her blog via GFC (google friend connect). I was the 100th follower (who says 7 is the only lucky number). I received from her a great Mary Engelbreit desktop organizer.

It is very spacious for all your organizational needs.

This will definitely come in handy. My daughter seems to have more appointments (school related activities) than I do. So this will definitely be useful.

I caught a lucky break!

I have been a subscriber to lucky magazine for over 6 months now. While I enjoy the magazine I really never took time to enter the giveaways because I find my odds of winning very slim until the September issue with a great number of prizes so I figured I would give it a try. Plus I prefer one entry giveaways than daily entry  and this giveaway fit all the right components of number of giveaways + one entry method (for each giveaway). Well low and behold, I won 3 giveaways.  I won the Bioelements giveaway (which I have already received)

and Rusk
Deepshine Oil - Shampoo and Conditioner
and these two I received email notifications for but another surprise showed up in the mail. A great win from Shutterfly. I have been on shutterfly numerous times trying to figure out how to redeem this awesome prize. So many beautiful options or do I want to use it to give to my mother-in law for christmas. What a blessing because I do not know how to decide.

A turkey of a win- literally!

Koshereye.com and David Elliott Poultry Farm had an awesome giveaway to win a 12-14 lb turkey. And guess what! You guessed correct- I won one of those good looking turkeys. It was an unlimited entry (via online form) submittig what you are thankful for. Well my daughter helped me win because this was my winning statement (Message:>  “I am thankful for my daughter katelyn!) 10 where given away (2 per day/5 days). And this is such a good looking turkey even if it is wrapped.  My mother-in-law had already agreed to do the turkey for thanksgiving so this bad boy (LOL) will be on the table for Christmas! Click on over to koshereye because they have some more awesome giveaways going on!---- I will also do a taste test and let you know how mmm.....good the turkey was after christmas.

A DVD win: The River Why: One Man's Struggle To Catch His Dreams

Filmarcade.net has your inside preview of movies being released to DVD. I love entering giveaways that ask for you to send an email to them to enter. Just my opinion, but I don't believe many people enter these type of giveaway! They also showcase movie trailers with latest news and announcements from the movie entertainment world. I received it over the thanksgiving weekend. So I will be watching it tonight with my hubby. No redbox for us!

About Me...........

My little katie baby!

I call myself a first time blogger, I do occasionally like to post about things that get me excited from other bloggers.  At this moment in my life, I am wanting to blog more and share products to the world like many other worldly bloggers for my family of 3 (including myself). i do hold down a full-time office job. I like the thrill of winning. While I am not a so-called gambler because I only go to casinos to check out the awesome buffets, I do from time to time like to enter sweepstakes and giveaways. While I have only been doing this for about two years now, it does give me a thrill of winning. So here is where I will show you all of my winnings and share with you that winning things from sweepstakes and blog giveaways do happen. I would love to post giveaways and products that come across my way that is interesting to me!  I feel I am blessed to win so I am going to show it off to ya..............
